Positive thoughts
Positive thinking helps us to have less stress.

I have always been a firm believer in positive thinking.  It does not mean that nothing negative will ever enter your life, but it helps you to approach those difficulties with a different attitude.

If you believe everything in your life is negative then it will not only manifest in negative things happening but it will also result in you believeing that anything positive is negative too!

A positive attitude helps you to get over obstacles much more easily.  Often negative things become a positive a little later down the line.  The biggest difference though is that the negative things will not drag you down so much. 

Try to think about how you respond to things that happen in your life.  Is your glass half full or half empty?  Make it half full and learn to love life and live happily.

Ok, so try to focus on all of the BEST things about your life change, concentrate on the POSITIVES that will come to you when you do it. If you can focus on the positives it will help you to reduce the stress that the decision is causing you.
