Recognise the effects of colour
Have you ever noticed how the colours around you affect and reflect your mood? Often when we feel down we choose dark colours to wear, and these only serve to pull us down further. Colours can help to lift your spirits, so next time you feel a bit low try wearing brighter coloured clothes and see what a difference it makes.
Colours are associated with moods and temperments and certain colours have been known to hold significant power in areas of energy. For example, no doubt you will have heard that red is a strong powerful colour that influences energy. If you want to feel bold and make an impact then wear red. Pink is the colour for love, green is nature, blue is for healing, orange is for balance, yellow is for intellect and mental balance, purple is a healing colour, good for emotional issues.
